"Just Pay Shipping" Offer Policy

"Just Pay Shipping" offers are not eligible for any other promotional shipping offers.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to any Free or GiveAway promotional offers.

Due to the nature of the order, free item sales are non-refundable once the order is shipped as we cannot refund shipping charges.
Unless cancelled within 24 hours, all sales of
 "Free + Shipping" offers are final.

International Shipping

ZippyTrend.com ships worldwide to nearly every country across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur additional customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits and other factors. ZippyTrend.com does not take responsibility for any such possible fees.

Processing Time Details

After we receive your order, every item will undergo strict Quality Control in order to ensure the product’s quality. The precise processing times vary and is dependent on many factors (e.g. item design, material and complexity). Items which feature stitchings, multiple materials, embellishments, decorative work and intricate patterns may require additional time during the detailed QC process. For relatively simple items and small orders, generally speaking, the average processing time is 1 - 3 business days (approx.); however, more complicated items and/or larger orders can require up to 5 - 7 days to fully process before shipping out. Your total satisfaction is important to us and we appreciate your patience.

  • Please note that during the following holiday periods listed below, all delivery times will be affected as the service from all of our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3 - 4 days or more. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.

    Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), 
    Chinese Labor Day (May 1st every year), Chinese National Day (October 1st every year).
  • Processing time: In order to guarantee the quality of products, your ordered goods need to be prepared before they are shipped out. Strict Quality Control is performed on the products before carefully packaging your items.
  • Shipping time: Due to the geographic location of our shipping warehouses and distribution centers, shipping times can range from 2 - 4 weeks. We are striving to shorten the order delivery times, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Important Notes:
  • Certain items are prohibited by some shipping carriers. If your order contains these type of items for the shipping carrier you selected, we will re-route your order via another carrier to ensure that it is delivered safely. This may require additional shipping time.
  • All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  • It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If tracking details have not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.
  • ZippyTrend.com ships all packages from our partner warehouses and distribution centers.
